‘ASEA 2025’ First Round of Main Voting Begins –
Who Will the Fans Choose?

The 2nd Annual Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) is officially kicking off its voting
race!

The ASEA Organizing Committee announced that the first round of main voting will take
place from March 18 at 11 AM KST until April 6 at midnight KST. This year, fan votes will
play an even bigger role in determining the winners, allowing fans to directly support
their favorite artists across multiple categories.

Voting will be available for 13 award categories, including THE BEST GROUP, THE BEST
SOLO, THE BEST TROT, THE BEST NEW ARTIST, THE BEST OST, FAN CHOICE ARTIST,
FAN CHOICE COUPLE, FAN CHOICE 5TH GENERATION, and FAN CHOICE
CHARACTER. Fans can participate through the Idol Champ, my1pick, and PODOAL voting
apps.

The ASEA Organizing Committee has also shared the nomination criteria. For the music
categories, any song or album released between March 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025, is
eligible. Meanwhile, for the acting categories, nominees include actors who have
appeared in dramas, OTT content, or films released during the same period.

The results of the voting will be updated weekly, with the combined votes from all three
platforms published on the ASEA official website (www.asiastarentertainerawards.com)
every Monday at 12 PM KST.

‘ASEA 2025’ is organized by NEWSEN, Korea’s leading entertainment and sports media
outlet celebrating its 20th anniversary, and @style, a top star & style magazine marking
its 13th anniversary. The event, managed by the ASEA Organizing Committee, will take
place in Tokyo, Japan, on May 28 and 29.
